Full Delegate Registration includes:

  • Entry to all conference sessions taking place from Monday, 11 March 2013 – Wednesday, 13 March 2013
  • Entry to trade exhibition & poster area
  • Morning/afternoon teas and lunches during the conference
  • Admittance to the Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner (additional tickets to all social functions can be purchased for guests)
  • Delegate Satchel
  • Final Program & Abstract Book One Day Delegate Registration includes:
  • Entry to all conference sessions on your specified day
  • Entry to trade exhibition & poster area on your specified day
  • Morning/afternoon teas and lunches during the conference on your specified day
  • Delegate Satchel
  • Final Program & Abstract Book

*One Day Delegate Fees do NOT include tickets to the Welcome Reception or Gala Dinner, however you are welcome to attend for an additional fee. To purchase tickets, please indicate ticket numbers in the relevant section of the online registration process.

 

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations or alterations should be put in writing to the SMACC 2013 Secretariat.

Please note that there is no refund on accommodation bookings.

If cancellation is received in writing:

  • Before 14 January 2013 – $100.00 cancellation fee will apply
  • From 14 January 2013 – 4 February 2013 – 50% of registration monies paid will be refunded
  • From 5 February 2013 – no refund on monies paid
